Traces of time/ 2024
Traces of Time explores the interplay between material, texture, and the transformative power of time, portraying the subject isolated in its micro world. Almost as if observed through a magnifying glass, the nude body became a landscape, evolving throughout the post-production process. Every detail and layer added to the skin surface reflects past events and the marks they leave behind. In this space, what is left are mere fragments of the passing time.
With the first part of this project, I aimed to metaphorically link the female form to the aesthetic of bronze—a material that, while resilient and flexible, bears the imprint of time and its surroundings, symbolizing strength and adaptability.
